Hours
In-person and telehealth appointments are available Monday through Friday until 7:00 p.m. and some Saturdays until noon.
Sessions
I provide a 15-minute phone consultation at no charge for new clients before the first appointment.
The first appointment is the Initial Assessment and will be an evaluation. This is an opportunity to determine whether counseling will help you and whether my approach is a good fit for your needs.
Sessions are 50-minutes long usually scheduled at least a week in advance.
Fees and Insurance
I accept insurance from the following companies: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio, Medical Mutual Of Ohio, United Healthcare (Optum), United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Massachusetts, Anthem EAP-Bank of America.
Please check with your insurance company to see if I am on their provider list before making an appointment.
The initial assessment is $175 and 50-minute sessions are $125, if paying privately.
Cancellation and Late Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, unless you provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation you will be charged for the session. Please let me know if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If an appointment starts late due to the client’s late arrival, it will still end at its scheduled time.
